Six CFD brokers were compared for traders in Pakistan: Exness, Pepperstone, IC Markets, FP Markets, Vantage, and FXGlory. Exness ranks best overall for its Pakistan-specific account support, while IC Markets stands out for raw-spread trading and Pepperstone for platform choice.
The State Bank of Pakistan states that residents must not purchase offshore forex, margin-trading, or CFD services or remit foreign exchange to such platforms. None of the six brokers is locally regulated by SECP for retail CFD trading in Pakistan.
The comparison therefore evaluates their Pakistan-facing international offerings rather than treating them as locally authorized brokers.
Exness ranks first because its international offering is better adapted to Pakistani traders than the other brokers compared. PKR is available as an account currency, Urdu support is offered, and traders can choose between simple commission-free pricing and professional raw-spread accounts.
* Exness Unlimited Leverage is not available by default. To qualify, account equity must be below $5,000, and the trader must have closed at least 10 real-account orders totaling at least 5 lots (500 cent lots) across their Personal Area. Unlimited Leverage applies to major and minor forex pairs and eligible gold and silver instruments. Leverage is reduced under certain high-margin conditions, including major news events and market closures.
Exness best suits traders who prioritize PKR account support, Urdu assistance, flexible account structures, and a choice between standard and raw pricing.
Pepperstone ranks second because it offers the broadest platform selection in this comparison. Traders can use MT4, MT5, cTrader, TradingView, or Pepperstone's proprietary software without changing brokers.
Pepperstone is best for traders who value platform flexibility and want access to both MetaTrader and cTrader alongside TradingView.
FXGlory stands out for giving traders a choice between fixed and floating spreads rather than limiting accounts to one pricing model. This makes it relevant to traders who value predictable spread costs as well as those who prefer pricing that moves with market conditions.
FXGlory best suits traders who prioritize the flexibility to choose between fixed and floating spreads, want a low starting deposit, and prefer access to both MT4 and MT5.
IC Markets is the strongest choice for raw-spread forex trading. Its execution-focused account structure, an average EUR/USD raw spread of 0.1 pips, and support for MetaTrader, cTrader, and TradingView make it particularly suitable for scalping and automated strategies.
IC Markets best suits experienced traders prioritizing raw forex pricing, scalping, EAs, and cTrader or MetaTrader execution.
FP Markets earns its position through breadth rather than low entry cost. Its international offering covers more than 10,000 instruments across forex, shares, indices, commodities, and bonds.
FP Markets best suits multi-asset traders who want broad CFD coverage without sacrificing access to the main third-party platforms.
Vantage combines a $50 minimum deposit with MT4, MT5, TradingView, web, and mobile access. Its Pakistan-facing materials also advertise Raw ECN spreads from 0.0 pips and leverage up to 1:500.
Vantage best suits traders who want a modest starting deposit with access to MT4, MT5, TradingView, and mobile trading.
SECP oversees Pakistan's securities and futures market intermediaries, while the State Bank of Pakistan regulates foreign-exchange remittances.
SBP's May 2022 notice states that residents are prohibited from purchasing offshore forex, margin-trading, and CFD services and from remitting foreign exchange to these platforms. SECP has separately warned investors against offshore trading platforms operating without regulatory approval in Pakistan.
Foreign regulation governs the broker entity in its home jurisdiction. It does not provide SECP authorization in Pakistan.
Offshore CFD accounts do not receive a Pakistan-specific CFD compensation scheme, statutory negative balance rule, or retail leverage framework. Protections instead depend on the foreign entity holding the account.
These often include measures such as segregated client funds or broker-level negative balance policies, but enforcement and dispute resolution remain outside Pakistan.
Pakistan does not use a local retail CFD leverage schedule comparable with the UK or EU. The key restriction is instead SBP's prohibition on purchasing offshore forex, margin-trading, and CFD services and sending foreign exchange to those platforms.
Broker leverage limits therefore come from the foreign entity rather than Pakistani regulation. Higher leverage lowers margin requirements but also increases exposure and loss risk.
Some international brokers accept Pakistan registrations or publish Pakistan-specific account information. Acceptance by a broker does not equal local authorization.
A locally regulated broker operates under Pakistani authorization. An internationally regulated broker operates under a foreign financial regulator, while an offshore-regulated broker is supervised in an offshore jurisdiction. None of the six brokers compared here is locally regulated by SECP for retail CFD trading.
Pakistani residents should therefore consider local foreign-exchange and remittance rules before assessing spreads, leverage, or platform features.
Confirm which company holds the account, where it is regulated, and where disputes are handled.
Compare spreads, commissions, overnight financing, conversion charges, and non-trading fees rather than looking at the headline spread alone.
Prioritize the instruments relevant to your strategy instead of choosing solely by total market count.
MT4 and MT5 suit established forex workflows and EAs, cTrader appeals to active, execution-focused traders, and TradingView suits chart-based trading.
Check fund segregation, negative balance policies, compensation arrangements, and dispute-resolution procedures under the exact entity serving the account.
Confirm both broker availability and whether the intended funding method complies with Pakistani foreign-exchange rules.
No broker receives a local-regulation award because none is regulated by SECP for retail CFD trading in Pakistan.
Best Overall: Exness. Its PKR account support, Urdu assistance, account flexibility, and broad CFD range give it the strongest Pakistan-specific product fit.
Best for Raw Forex Costs: IC Markets. Its Raw Spread account is better suited to scalpers and high-frequency forex traders.
Best for Fixed & Floating Spread Choice: FXGlory. It gives traders the flexibility to choose between more predictable fixed spreads and market-responsive floating spreads, alongside a low entry requirement.
Best for Platforms: Pepperstone. It offers a wide combination of major third-party and proprietary trading platforms.
For Pakistan-based traders, legal access and funding rules should be checked before comparing trading costs, markets, platforms, or leverage.
We evaluate CFD brokers across key areas including trust and safety, trading costs, account conditions, platforms and tools, tradable markets, deposits and withdrawals, customer support, and research resources. For country-specific comparisons, we also consider the legal entity serving local traders, applicable regulation, available account features, and country-specific trading conditions.
